1. Object
    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the online purchase of parking services and
    additional services (e.g. deluxe wooden boat transfer on arrival, deluxe wooden boat on arrival and
    departure, Smart Wash) offered by VenicePark by Blitz via the website www.venicepark.it.
  2. Acceptance of the conditions
    By submitting an order through the website, the user fully acknowledges and accepts these Terms
    and Conditions of Sale. The user declares to have read, understood and accepted them before
    proceeding with the payment.
  3. Scope of the contract
    The contract covers the booking and purchase of the following services:
    • Car parking at the Venice Park facility;
    • Optional extra services (e.g. deluxe wooden boat transfer upon arrival, deluxe wooden boat
    upon arrival and departure; “Smart” wash).
  4. Booking and payment methods
    • Reservations are made exclusively online via the official website.
    • Payments can be made by credit/debit card or other accepted electronic payment methods.
    • Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the user.
  5. Prices
    All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    Any promotions or discounts will be applied automatically during the purchase process.
  6. Cancellations and refunds
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to be
    eligible for a full refund.
    • After this period, the amount paid will not be refundable.
    • Any modifications or special requests must be communicated promptly by e-mail or phone.
  7. User obligations
    • Arrive on time on the booked date and time.
    • Comply with safety regulations and staff instructions.
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
  8. Liability
    Venice Park is not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles.
    The Company’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross
    negligence.
  9. Personal data processing
    Personal data provided will be processed in compliance with current legislation on personal data
    protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For more details, please refer to the [Privacy

  10. Jurisdiction
    For any disputes, the Court of Venice shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the
    mandatory provisions for the protection of consumers.
